I’m extremely disappointed with the experience that my mother had at C&S Sports in Beaver County. On December 12 around 4 PM, she dropped off four Christmas stockings to have three of them embroidered. She left one as an example to copy the font—thank goodness she did, because she was never shown any font options or thread colors for the embroidery.

The communication throughout this process was incredibly frustrating. My mom’s phone records show she received a voicemail on December 18, but they claim they left another voicemail on December 20. She followed up on December 23, calling twice to get an update on her order.

The lack of clear communication and attention to detail made what should have been a simple task unnecessarily stressful during the holiday season. I cannot recommend this business based on this experience.
