UPDATE 2025:
Its been a year and already need to buy new rotors. Lasted 1 years if anything...and I have a clean driving record no excessive braking. These ppl charge you an arm and leg for their God awful service. Never ever coming here and I've told all my car friends and car meets when they see my car etc not to go here.

Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Unsatisfactory Brake Service

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your establishment regarding the replacement of rotors and brake pads on my two thousand fifteen Chrysler 300 all-wheel drive. I paid a significant sum of one thousand three hundred dollars for what I was led to believe would be a comprehensive service.

However, I was appalled to discover that only the front rotors were replaced. The back rotors remained rusty and in need of replacement. When I confronted the owner about this, I was told, quite audaciously, that those rusty rotors were brand new. This blatant misrepresentation is unacceptable.

After further complaints, the back rotors were finally replaced, yet the issue persisted, with continued squeaking sounds. I brought my car in for a third time, only to be informed that the back brakes had never been replaced at all.

It is unacceptable that I had to make three separate trips for service that should have been done correctly the first time. The quality of the rotors I received is subpar—plain, basic rotors lacking any notable features—yet I was charged an exorbitant price for them. Nearly a year has passed, and I am still facing issues with squeaking, despite my careful driving habits.

I firmly believe I have been taken advantage of, and your establishment's lack of accountability and transparency is deeply concerning. I will be sharing my experience with friends and family to ensure they avoid your services.

I expect a prompt response addressing this matter, along with a suitable resolution.

I'll definitely be back. I noticed some sudden shaking in my car at higher speeds so I brought the car in for that and a few other things. They took care of everything I needed in just a couple hours and even showed me the old parts that were causing the issues. Big thanks to Adam for being communicative and friendly the whole way!

Great place with friendly people. I went in for a state inspection and that was completed in about 15 mins. I also needed new tires and the installation was a good and quick. Victor here is super friendly. Would recommend coming here for any auto needs.

Would recommend this place for an oil change or state inspection. They answer the phones quickly and it was easy to make an appointment, I was able to make an appointment for an oil change and a state inspection for the next day. Full Synthetic oil change cost me $79.99 which is pretty standard. Came in at 11 and was told the service would take about an hour and received a call at 11:53 saying it was done. Everything was very smooth and no fuss, they didn’t try to sell any services I didn’t need which I appreciated. When I walked in to pick up my vehicle the mechanic was on the phone with a customer and was very transparent about a service they needed and recommended going to the dealership since he did not have experience performing the service and it was for the transmission so he wanted to make sure it was done correctly. I would trust them to work on my car again especially given the honesty I saw them have with another customer.
