In the past month, I have now purchased two beautiful pairs on Ugo Versare shoes. WOW, they are gorgeous!! I mistakenly ordered a 1/2 size too small. No problem, the C&E team quickly responded to my concern, and the new size is being set aside until they receive the returned pair. I'm impressed with the shoes, and equally with the attention to the customer experience, especially doing business online. Well done!!

Absolutely love my new shoes from Maurice's collection! They are so easy to dress up or down. Maurice himself gave me an excellent price. For my next event, formal or semi-formal, I am going to get shoes from C&E Shoes! Love these guys. And because I work during the week, they are open on Saturdays which is super helpful.

I purchased a pair of shoes from C & E but I ordered a 9 and was sent a 9 1/2. When I called I got an answering machine and left a message. Cheryl called me back within an hour and was very apologetic and courteous and assured me that I can return the shoes and gave me the option to repurchase or get a full refund. I chose a refund and in a few days was returned my money. My only complaint was since there was a mixup in size, I shouldn’t have ad to pay the $25 shipping fee to return the shoes. Thanks C & E for your professionalism. Although there was a mixup with the size, I will be purchasing another pair of shoes. Oh , and I have purchased from you guys before. Great quality shoes!

I visited C and E fashions for the first time and was helped by Rachel and Maurice. I went in straight from the airport in Orange County because I understood they had nice shoes. I was looking for one pair and i purchased three. They helped me with sizing and suggested styles. I purchased Ostrich, Lizard and Stingray loafers. They shipped them to my home in Texas and were there when i arrived from my trip. I enjoyed shopping for the shoes, I wore them at home. They look and feel wonderful. Thank you for the great experience. I feel i made some friends there at the store and will vist again. Thank you Rachel and Maurice.

I ordered a size 12 shoe and got a 13, simple mistake but no fault of mine. When I called to get instructions on return and replacement I spoke to a lady who rushed me off the phone, no audienceno help, simply brash! Who does that in business?. I actually needed to swap for a different, costlier shoe but instead I will just get a refund. Customer service in this day and ago is everything. I have bought from here before with satisfaction hence the 2 star for old glory I guess...

Maurice and Cheryl are exquisite! I needed high-end shoes for my wedding and they both went above and beyond getting me outfitted. The shoes and selection are great and if I could give 10 stars for customer service, I would. 10/10 Recommend!

Live in Connecticut and I have been purchasing shoes from C&E for
about 15 years. Love the selections and the customer service is
exceptional. I highly recommend, if you’re in Town stop in. If you
can’t like myself there online service is an A+. Happy shopping.
