I had to move from my current address and didn't have a new one to move my things too. I went to them and paid $130 to rent a unit an hour later I get a call saying I had a place at that point they were closed. I called them the next morning letting them know I was not going to need the unit and was told I could not get my money back because it will mess up his taxes. Mind you I did not even set foot in the unit or put anything in it and it wasn't even 24 hrs.
