At first all was well, we got a good forklift at a good price. We agreed to pay it off over 12 months. Then suddenly after we had the lift they changed the terms and it was 3 months. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and assume the salesman was misinformed. Still not OK.

The repair people were awesome, but wise gouged us with the price of a tire. $25 tire for $450. Turns out they contracted with someone who had to commute (without informing us). Got an email from the owner saying his employees informed us that they were contracting it out. This is not the case, he just chose to assume we were lying. I wouldn't recommend wise.

Larry and his staff are good people and honest! When your self employed its nice to feel like you have somebody covering your back and that's how it is with WISE Forklift they want to help you succeed !
