Although this storage facility is well kept and easily accessible it is under new management and has undergone an approximate 50% price increase. I understand price increases during acquisition, but this is extreme. It has gone from affordable in this area to focusing on high end customers from areas with much higher costs of living relocating to this area. So if you are from the DC metro area or the Tri cities area of NC it will seem like a good deal but shop around.

So last week I went to my storage unit to get some of my stuff and I found rat poison package in my storage unit open so I can call the front office and the guy said he goes to every storage units and put rat poison in every storage unit And I don’t recommend you to store your stuff here

The man who was in the office on 9/19/2018 was extremely rude and disrespectful and could/ would not help me or answer any of my questions. He also refused to give me any contact information to reach any of his managers/owners of the facility and I have several concerns to address with them.

The lady I talked to was very nice the man was very rude and did not want to accommodate us he wanted to charge us extras so just remember there's charges for just about everything so when you when he tells you it's $45 it really ends up being 70 the same as everybody else 70 to 100 I would not recommend this place at all
