Had the Pozole yesterday and it was absolutely terrible. I get this dish quite frequently so I was really disappointed about receiving a bad batch. If you're going to charge as much as you do for the food, at least be consistent.

Great food! I mean freaking really really great burritos, and tacos. Like most places, the price has gone up a bit, but it's worth the price. With that said, DO NOT ORDER THE BREAKFAST BURRITO. They make the eggs early and mix with potatoes and ham. When you order, the eggs are dry, and you end up with more potatoes then eggs, and a little bit of ham. Not worth the price. If you want a fresh burrito with fresh eggs made right after you order, you'll have to go to La Morenita or Mr Taco. They make a Fresh Burrito when you order a breakfast burrito.

The store itself is a bit over priced but usually that's how it is in neighborhood markets. It does have a reasonable meat/butcher area and the hot food section is pretty good. However, the cashier's seem to think that with the chit chat(especially with the male clientele) customers do not pay attention to the items paid for. Most times an itemized receipt is not given but if you ask for it it will most likely reveal over charges. A few small subtle less than a dollar overcharges that done two or three at a time on each customer on a daily basis adds up to a partial if not second paycheck for these cashiers.

When Rocci owned the store it was great but then slum lords bought it and it's terrible! Everything in the shopping center is run down and dirty. Check out the laundromat and you'll see. The store owner also won't give chang for their own machines and the gas pumps aren't right either. I support local businesses but not this selfish one!

The people there are really nice. I enjoy getting burritos there they are very good. I go there all the time people that live in Los banos usually call it Rockies.
