I have been with Butterfly for just shy of a year. I left a company driving job that I had been at for 10 years,and bought my own truck for the sole purpose of leasing on with Butterfly for a dedicated run. For the first time in my 32 years of driving I found a company I felt treated me and my wife like family. Pay is good always correct ,I have never been lied to or deceived, I talk to the owner Bill several times a week just to b.s. because there just isn't anything to complain about. I consider him a good friend.Tamara is our admin/dispatch our Queen Bee so to speak and is always there to help when needed with a Great attitude and always a laugh to make your day better. In just a short year I have settled into a Great job running my own truck with low stress and built a new friendship with the owners Bill and Karen. This is a good place to be for my wife and I couldn't imagine being anywhere else.

I have been driving since1997. Started as a company driver then o/o. I have worked for quite a few companies in my career. Some good and some very bad. Alot of recruiters have a bad habit of lying to get drivers. I have been at Butterfly Xpress 5 years. I can honestly say it's the best company I have ever worked for. The owners Bill and Karen
Barhite are as honest as come. They treat their drivers with respect and genuinely care. If you have a problem with a broker or
shipper/receiver and you are in the right Bill will be right there backing you up. You can call him day or night he will answer and help however he can.

My husband leased on to Butterfly Xpress about 5 years ago. About 6 months later I joined him and we drive team. The owners Bill and Karen Barhite are also drivers so they know first hand what it's like to be an OTR driver. They really appreciate their drivers. You will never be a penny short on your pay. They will help you any way they can. You are definitely treated like family at Butterfly Xpress. I don’t think you can find a company that will treat you better.

I’ve been driving for BFX For almost a year now. Since day one, they’ve been a dream to work with. i’ve always been treated with respect, and Bill is awesome to work with whether it be scheduling loads route planning or just fighting to get me more money for a load. I’m also leasing a truck through him and finances are a breeze. Everything’s always above table and he’s always happy to explain Or work through any finances. It was nerve-racking to quit my job and take on this new one with trusting Bill, but I can say with confidence. I got very lucky with him. he’s the best guy out here in my opinion

I'm a driver for Butterfly Xpress, and as a driver I highly recommend going with us for a few reasons, first is because we are one of the top carriers in the nation with 10 years in the industry. Second we have stellar CSA scores in safety and we have an amazing on time delivery record. And last but not least a very friendly staff of amazing people. I would not be saying any of this if I didn't think otherwise.

We are on interstate 24 in Illinois and starting to enter construction and one if your drivers trailer number 156715 cut us off to the point where we had to slam on our breaks. Thought I'd let you know. Instead of calling the highway department.
