It took 3 hours to get loaded from the official appointment time.
And you might get loaded early on the first shift shift. But it goes down here after that.
They completely load up your trailer with empty aluminum cans. So you can't have any straps in the trailer. And the trailer has to be completely clean of dust. Because that Is contamination for drinks.
There is Parking on the streets.
And inside the parking lot a little bit while you're waiting to check in.
There's porta podies at the entrance, and the place tries to be really clean.
If you trailer is dirty or you're not clean, they don't want to deal with you with food products in mind.

Horrible place to pickup a load. All bad shipping reviews are based on experience. Spend almost 5 hours to get a dock now they loading. An old lady told me that she’s waiting to get loaded from yesterday. She just checked out after almost 24hours. Feeling sorry for her. Please make sure you have food and water. Restrooms are closed for drivers. Just those plastic bin’s sitting outside.

I picked up on 8-7-23. I checked in at my appt 11am.. I got door within 20 min and they loaded me in 2 hour n half. They take you by the appointment time so maybe all these negative review based on early arriving etc?

1. Park near the entrance n walk to front building to check In.

2. They’re gonna call you to come back to office so they can assign you a door..

3. Leave your paper in the trailer if you’re picking up.. the one they give at the office with seal.

4. Once loaded drive to office for paper.

On July 31st around 10-11 am, the Spanish black and white bearded warehouse worker at dock number 69 saying my trailer was dirty made very disrespectful and rude statements. My only intention was to take my load and leave, but he was not just acting like a warehouse worker, he was acting like the boss and very disrespectful

They won't load you earlier than two hours prior to your appointment, I was waiting for my schedule time. They didn't want to load me earlier even there was none of the trucks on the dock
