Food was delicious, especially the Philly Burger. Waffle fries did not disappoint either. I’m really not sure what all the 1 star reviews are for. Yes, the workers are young teenagers working at a fast food spot — don’t expect incredible customer service. At the end of the day, it’s a tasty local fast food place.

Atmosphere is horrible, the place seriously needs to clean. The noise was unbelievable, so loud! Service was okay but not so great. Food is only mid, not bad but not superb.

This review is specifically for the Peach shakes. We were on our way out of town after attending the annual Peach Days Festival and feeling let down after seeing only two (2) peach vendors of all the 200+ vendors at the festival. The Burgers & Scoops peach shake was exactly what we needed right then! The peaches are sourced locally through one of the same vendors at the festival, but without all the crowd. We will be stopping here again.

I don’t often give 1 star reviews but we ate here and they served us a moldy pretzel. We brought it up and they offered to replace it… from the same box of pretzels. They then offered to refund the pretzels but refused to refund anything else, including the dip that came with it. The environment is loud inside and it’s definitely not clean.

To write this review, I must set the stage. A hungry husband and wife, driving through Brigham City late one evening, searching for a place to eat. The wife, searching Google for a place that wasn't closing soon, and the husband, driving down the streets.

Soon, they pass Burgers & Scoops and the wife searches for when they close. Google (which now I know in hindsight was glitching) says it's open until 10:30! Perfect for the hungry pair, they make their way to the drive through, order their meal, get their food, and drive away happily. As they leave the parking lot, the exterior lights of the diner flip off, and it is then that a sinking dread fills the couple. Did they just go to a restaurant right before close?

The wife frantically searches for the restaurant again on Google, and this time, Google does not glitch. Google states that the restaurant has been closed for thirty minutes, which is well before the couple pulled through the drive through.

This couple, dear reader, was my husband and I. Somehow, after fifteen minutes of already being closed, we were served with kindness and respect from the staff of Burgers & Scoops. The food was perfect, we were able to go home with full stomachs, and I will now always think fondly of and recommend this cutie little diner in Brigham City.

Five stars! Y'all are awesome!

Husband and I both got burgers and fries. My toddler got the kids cheeseburger. Our burgers were okay. Notice I didn't say good though, it was just fine. We had the homestyle and shoestring fries and those were good. The kids cheeseburger consisted of a sub par bun, American cheese, ketchup, and a piece of leather? It was actively gross.

The indoor dining space is small and the whole place overall just feels kinda grimy?

Reading the other reviews I thought the food might be decent and thought we should give it a shot. Don't go for the kids meals and don't go for the other food unless you don't have other options.

The Philly Steak burger was delicious, and we loved the fries. Beyond that, I would not go back.
The buns are way too big for the burgers. The ice cream may have been the worst I have ever had. It took about 10 minutes to get and it was freezer burnt. My 10 year old even said the ice cream isn't very good. From a kid that loves ice cream, that is a major statement.

I'll never eat there again! The pastrami burger was nasty! The old lady was even worse trying to run down tickets! I was at the register for 10 minutes because of that old lady. I got my nasty burger before my drink! I had to ask for my drink!
