I live in Chicago and needed a courier to pick up and item from an auction house and drop it off to a shipper for me. Casey at Bullet Delivery not only picked this item up for me on short notice but helped pre-check my item with the shipper. I cannot heap enough praise on this guy and this company. Casey was very responsive to my requests. When he did not have any delivery’s rivers available, Casey came to my location to personally do the drop off. I recommend using Bullet delivery for your courier needs. I will be using them again next time.

In a recent weekend emergency, I called Bullet for help delivering documents to a client. The process of setting up the job was smooth and efficient. Bullet's representative was courteous and helpful. They arrived to pick up the document a least a half hour earlier than promised and promptly provided verification of delivery followed shortly thereafter with the invoice and payment verification. A very professional, responsive, responsible service. I will be using their services again and highly recommend Bullet Delivery to anyone needing such service.

These guys are amazing!!! We shipped a pallet of cookware to a Sam's Club in Ontario for a special event. The event was cancelled the day it was supposed to start. Bullet delivery picked up the pallet, and delivered to another Sam's Club with in 2.5hrs from the time the call was placed. Great service!! Speedy, and customer service was great.
