I will not go to Lowe's anymore. The people at this home improvement center are truly amazing. They WILL help you, they joke and you feel like your spending your $ on something you needed and want. It may cost a little more but the extra mile goes a long way with me. Thank you for your super customer service.

The guys at the counter are all very helpful lumber prices are more or less reasonable, and they have a nice general supply of items for all your home improvement needs. They do offer returns on undamaged products as well. I had some lattice that I bought too much of and was able to return the sheets I did not use. I can't speak for phone orders and deliveries though as I have not used that service.

This place is suppose to be open until noon on Saturday. I showed up at 11:20 and they had already closed shop early. Terrible customer service!

The guys in the loading yard was awesome, very respectful and didn't act like I was a burden but like I was a customer. That's customer service.
I got 30 landscape timbers and never touched the first one.
And the guys on the inside was just as good.
Much respect from me. ?

To any one needing pneumatic tools fixed, I highly recommend to DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO WORK ON YOUR TOOLS!! I took pin nailer in for minor repairs and after 3 months I finally just picked up my tool and it completely does not work now. Multiple times I have stopped by and get excuses for not being repaired. I was even told they would replace it with another if they couldn’t fix it. I’m done with this business, and would advise not to have tools repaired there!

Friendly folks no doubt, but for a building supply store there were no building supplies. I do believe the only thing they sold as far as power tools were nail guns. So if you need a nail gun go here!!! They got you covered

Don't ever have lumber delivered we ordered 210 96 got delivered! now having to constantly call to figure out when the rest will come in! We were told Friday by the latest friday comes and no wood. Call today im told let me find out whats going on and i will call you back. No one does i call back.... Then told Monday or Tuesday so we will see ?.

This place went down hill badly. Terrible customer service. Sorely lacking inventory. My recent experience was quite unsatisfactory. I won't be back. I'll drive another 2 minutes down the same road to Etowah.
