I dropped off a package *before 9 AM* on Friday and ordered 3 day delivery. They charged a pretty penny for a very small package (a small bubble pack, not even a box), no doubt there was good markup, but aparently it wasn't enough because they only chose to pay for ground shipping, and to top it off they didn't even bother to send the package off until the next Tuesday. It's been 8 days and the package still won't get there until next week.

They talk to people like they are trash. I have 5 seperate 6 liters to send out and 3 cases of 750ml. This place will Never EVER EVER EVER EVER get my business. No hello how are you? Not even a goodbye before he literally hung up on me. If he is the owner he should be ashamed of himself, and if not fire him out the door!! CALLED TO ASK A COUPLE QUESTIONS!! What a joke!!

I won’t be using Buffalo’s Shipping Post again. I shipped 3 cases of wine from there in late February 2022 and the total shipping cost plus boxes was approximately $300. To insure the value of the wine, it would have cost an additional $3 per bottle, so I chose not to do so. Big mistake. The week after it shipped, I received a notice from UPS that all three cases were delayed due to “a train derailment”. Of course the wine never arrived. After filing a claim with UPS, UPS referred me to the shipper (Buffalo’s) for settlement. The person I spoke with from Buffalo’s was nice and cordial but said they were investigating the claim with UPS and would get back to me. They never got back to me. The only communication that I had with them was when I periodically followed up. I called them a total of 5 times to get updates and resolution. Never once did I get an update call from them. It really felt like they were just hoping I would just forget about it. Finally in early June, after I called, they sent me a check to settle for $100 per box plus a refund of the shipping fees (except for the cost of the boxes which they didn’t refund). So I was refunded a little less than $600 for wine that cost several thousand dollars. My mistake for not insuring. I’ve replaced the wine with direct shipments from the wineries and most gave me discounts due to the circumstances which was much appreciated. If I had it to do over again, I would have had the wine shipped directly from the wineries to my home. It would have been much less expensive than the $300 shipping fee charged by Buffalo’s. And, the wineries would have been responsible for getting it to me rather than having to waste significant time and money trying to get resolution. Highly recommend shipping directly from the wineries if at all possible and if you must use a shipping company to ship your wine - buy the insurance.

These guys are my default go-to for shipping my wine babies. I like that they have the option to download the forms so you can prefill the box inventory and save a lot of time at the store. The box cost includes foam inserts which was recommended by the gentleman who helped me process my boxes. I was assured I’d get my tracking number by end of afternoon and sure enough it was emailed as promised. Pricing was transparent and service met my expectation.

First, I want to start off by saying when I shipped the items the staff was friendly, uninformative, but friendly. This was the first time I shipped wine and was not informed of all of the rules. Due to shipping rules, FedEx requires a signature and will not let you pick it up from a Hub. So, if you are shipping make sure you take off work and are there for a signature. No fault of Buffalo Shipping. My issue is there customer service. When I called Buffalo Shipping to understand the issue the woman was EXTREMELY rude and notified me of the 14 signs in the area about if there is an address change there is a $20 charge. I had to change the address to a FedEx hub so I can pick it up at my convenience. I explained to her I had no problem paying the fee but thought this would be something that should be informed to new clients shipping wine. After giving her my credit card number, I wanted to confirm that I would get a receipt but unfortunately she just hung up on me. I'm very disappointed in their service.

Their 14 signs need to be improved or maybe they need some customer service training. Either way, find another shipping company with better service.

I really wish I reviewed the reviews prior to using this company. 1st the posts actually provide more information than the actual stores 14 signs. 2nd I would have went to another shipping company with better customer service.

Friendly, cooperative professional and helpful. I didn't know anything about sending wine to my family back in New York and these guys helped me out big. For the price sending 6 bottles in a box with styrofoam covers for the bottles is so affordable. If I ever do need to send wine to anyone these guys are whom you want handing your packages.

Great people! I went in to ship two cases of expensive wine, and the gentleman who helped me out actually advised against it since I planned on shipping to such a hot location (Las Vegas). He recommended that we check the wine on our plane, which we ended up doing. The cost was about the same, and I was extremely impressed and thankful that he was so honest with me.
