AWFUL! We got a quote in the beginning of March, gave them the go ahead, told the work would be done in May. Waited and waited, no communication, fire restrictions went into effect. Again no communication, we ended up waiting until September before they started. We had taken our current fence down in anticipation of them coming, we called to verify they would be coming. The day they were supposed to come out we were working and came home to partial extensions put in. They rescheduled us again. The only time they could do it was when we were out of town. When we came home they had not welded the extensions and the fence was up. They left the poles open, it was in our contract that they would be welded. We wanted them welded so that water wouldn’t get in the poles/post because they would freeze and expand and break. They didn’t seem to see the issue. There were SO MANY issues with the fence! Boards falling off, secured by one nail, nails poking out everywhere, because they didn’t secure the boards to the cross boards, caps on the tops of the posts were not on, Large gaps, I could go on and on. We had to have them come out and weld the extensions and fix all the things, when they did they didn’t cover the boards so they were burnt and chard and not everything was fixed, we asked them to come out again to clean up their mistakes and fix a few more things that they didn’t fix the last time, there are still black spots, chard boards, nails and more that we are so unhappy with. Because of their delays we had to pay extra for the fence to be cleaned before we could paint it. We got our final bill in January, four months after they “finished”. This has been the absolute worst experience and I will never recommend this company!

Buffalo did a great job on replacing a broken down side of my fence and gate. Nick was always very responsive when contacted and any problems were taken care of immediately. I would have no issues hiring them on again for fence work.

As others have said... Need to work on communication. Told me they'd be out in a week or so, then no call for 3 weeks, left a message checking in, no response, spoke to office after estimators had left, another day no call, then told it'd be a few months. Bad 1st impression. Sorry to leave an honest negative review, but Buffalo came recommended but seem to be struggling with communication and timeliness.

Called several times to get a quote, after no return call I called again made an appointment for a quote, took the day off and no one showed up. Called again made an appointment, again took the day off and again no call and no show. Apparently they don’t need the business. Would not recommend to anyone!

Emily has been super helpful, they came out to do the estimation quickly and we had our fence done within two weeks. The employees worked quickly and did an excellent job. Our fence looks great and is way more sturdy than it was before. Even in the doney park wind it should last a really long time. We are extremely happy with the results and would reccomend them to anyone

I had a fence installed by buffalo fence and they cut the lines going to my irrigation system. I called and talked to John and he told me that in the contract I signed they are not responsible if anything is broken while installing the fence. And refused to help me at all. Is this the right way to run a business? And now I have to pay $250.00 out of my own pocket to have it fixed. Horrible customer service, do not use these guys.
