I rented a storage about 5 years ago, everything was fine until last year, when they changed the employees.
The new manager is so rude, they don't care about the costumer service at all.
From the first day I prepaid my rent yearly but she asked me for extra money couple of times.
I don't stay there anymore.

I have been with Budget Mini Storage for "15 YEARS"...They have been wonderful in each and every respect. The Staff is incredible.!! They are helpful and understanding .They have always been so kind to me and all their customers. They have become like FAMILY to me . Very concerned..and acommodating to everyone. Never in 15yrs. have I ever had a bad experience. And not even so much as an unpleasant or unkind word. LOVE THE INTEGRITY OF Budget and staff.. I never felt like just a "NUMBER"... Love them all !! Remember I speak from many years of experience.. You cannot go wrong here..you will experience nothing but great TRUST & FAITH!!

Then, when you add the great customer service and the great staff, it's by far the best storage facility you could possibly choose. They are always kind and professional, but personable. it's a great atmosphere. Friendly staff, decent selection of storage box sizes, and the price is OK for the are. My box was pretty clean and well ventilated. The facilities are basic (no climate control units), but that works for me. I wish there were more parking.

Eric was excellent. When I originally looked the space was not suitable for me. He told me he would call if a ground floor unit became available. After a few weeks he called and offered to hold the space for me for a few days. I took the unit he offered and it was exceptionally easy process.
