They sell the worst "cheap" paint I have ever seen. I had to cover six times and still need to do more. I know I bought the cheap paint but I thought Bryant's had a quality standard. They don't! I could have used little kids water paint . I'm disappointed!

I called with an extremely needy and small special order of a 'lil tree. I was treated to a timely arrival of my order, clear communication, and ample help in loading the 'lil tree. The store is well stocked and a pleasure to visit. I'm a fan.

Small town, large hardware store. Lost more cute gift items than you would expect. Tools, home and garden/ outdoor.... paint, plumbing, EVEN gifts, decor, and clothes! Pretty nice place.

Best place to get flowers(plants for your yard) in Oakhurst, CA. The sales people are very friendly and are willing to help in what you are looking for. Back to flowers in town, I go here first before going anywhere else in Oakhurst. The prices are not bad either. Trust me, when I say you will find d a diamond in the rough.

08/01/2024 I returned two pieces of plumbing for a refund. The checker had trouble locating the sku on the receipt. I showed it to her and she completed the refund. When I got home I realized she shorted me $2.00 on my refund. Of course she had kept the original receipt so I could not prove the mistake!
Now I will shop in fresno it is worth the fuel and not the frustration. Ever since they have remodeled prices have gone up and customer service has definitely gone down.

Went to this place to buy an air fryer shown on their website.

The item was not in stock.

I was told to purchase it online, and it would ship to the store Tuesday. (This on a Saturday)

I returned home, ordered the item online, got an email in 2 mins saying it was "ready for pickup".

Odd, I thought, as it wasn't on their shelf

Waited till today, called this location to ask if my item was ready.

Was told "yes". After prompting, a clerk told me it was not on the shelf or in stock otherwise.

What ensued could only be described as a 3 ring circus fiasco, with their so-called manager
Unable to understand any of this. Too confusing for her, and had no clue why I was on the phone with her.

Further, I was NOT driving to the location to pick up an item that I had paid for, which wasn't there, as these ppl were trying to tell me I bought something I didn't (a smaller oven).

It's unclear to me how anyone would think this is appropriate.

Last resort, canceled my order, and purchased the same item from Walmart.com, same price, and next day free delivery to my house.
(Should have done that in the first place!)

I won't go through this again, as I won't ever order ANYTHING from this company!! Unreal and unbelievable poor service. Clueless!
