By far the worst customer experience I have had in quite a long time.

Exceptioly rude customer interactions. Very poor understanding of how to use the tools they have been provided.

I've also provided my Renter Policy 3 times and they refuse to remove their properties renters which I have declined and submitted proof of coverage with another carrier.

That combined with poor property management please shop somewhere else.

I definitely will advocate against ever storing your items at any Brite lock facility.

Use a more reputable company, this is not one.

Since the new ownership, this property is first class. They put in an enhanced security system and much brighter lights, I feel much safer going there at night. The new access system allows me to stay in my car and the gate automatically opens via bluetooth to my phone. Being a short person my hands can never reach the keypad, so this is huge.

Horrible "customer service".
Management never returns calls.
Gate is always broken.
They overcharge & refuse reimbursement.
I left their filthy, dirt covered unit two months ago & they're still billing me!
AND they don't even spell my name correctly and yet they somehow have me under a lease!!
Stay away! There are much better units.
