Worst place to deliver. Took them over 3 hours to unload me and they didn't want to in the first place but they had already broken the seal.They said I was late when I arrived at 730pm.It clearly states that they stop at 9pm.They took 2 hour break and in top of that didn't let me use the restroom because it was for employees only...
Theres a restroom for drivers and a coke machine. Plenty of room to move around.

Shippers, receivers, brokers and the general public will never understand how absolutely amazing it is to book a load and check the reviews for the shipper and see almost all 5 star reviews. It makes such a huge difference in a driver's life when a shipper loads quickly or ahead of schedule appt time. I will be picking up a load from here tomorrow. My 2 million miles experience tells me things will be just fine. I want to thank you guys ahead of time. Even if things don't go smoothly for me tomorrow, thank you so much for making life easier for all these other drivers, who have left good reviews due to their positive experience at your facility. I find it funny with these reviews lol some are right some aren't this place is 50/50 I got here 4 hrs early at 10 am for a 1400 appointment time and was immediately given a door 1130 gets here and I feel trailer being loaded trailer stopped being loaded about 12:05pm now they are just making me sit and wait for my paperwork for no reason while freight is loaded....I asked the guy who is supposedly in charge am I getting my paperwork anytime soon haven't felt anything in a while? He asks what time my appointment time is....I said 1400....we will get to you when your appointment time is... uuuuuh you have already loaded me?....so freight sits on my trailer for over 2 and a half hours before I received my paperwork and they got all the other folks out of here...MAKE IT MAKE SENSE ..YOU LOAD EARLY BUT GET ME OUT LATER THAN NEEDED!!!WHY LOAD EARLY THEN?

Nice stafff my appointment is 13:000 and I go here early 10:00 AM not so bc but they give me a dock and load it right away and finished and I have a lot of time on my way to delivery in IA hope every warehouse is like this

Nice people but they don’t start taking inbound until 3:00pm. 10 miles from a flying J with plenty of parking during the day. I checked in at 3:00 with a 6:00 appointment and got a door right away and unloaded quickly. Great place to deliver to.

They have couple of parking spots while you wait , the backing is easy , do slide tandems , they are set with the times , I tried getting unloaded earlier at 7 am . But did not get me in till 3 pm since my appointment was at 7 pm .. but that’s on me I always try to arrive way before appointment time is always a hit or miss whether I’ll get lucky an get unloaded early ,

Slow going today getting loaded, but didn't let them know I was a little disappointed because all of the people working there were very, very nice. Hopefully, next time, there will be quicker people working to get me loaded sooner, and on my way in a shorter time than today 😀.
