Brian transported our 2022 Dodge Ram 1500 that we purchased online from Watsonville Cadillac GMC to Moncks Corner SC. From the moment we began the transport process Brian kept us informed and reassured of his travel particulars and ETA. He provided pictures of the vehicle before loading and we communicated via text throughout the journey. He was able to deliver 2 days earlier than his original estimate. When he met us for the delivery, he provided tons of information that was recorded on the BOL, and he took his own set of pictures after I had taken my own. Even though he had other cars on his trailer, he did not rush us through the deliver process ,but patiently answered all of our questions. Brian Hansen was an answer to our prayers. He provided top notch, customer service, and personal, professional, courteous care.
We highly recommend him for your vehicle transport needs.
