I love most of the girls that work at Box it Up. However, Lynn has been rude, unprofessional, & does not even know how to help her customers send a return package. When the package was taken back to be returned again she stated “it’s no my job to make sure your package gets sent to the right address” when she knowingly sent the package back to our home address the first time. Hopefully the owners will take into consideration these reviews. Box it up is a great place, however, when she is the one working the counter it is never an easy or enjoyable process.

Older lady is Rude I'm not sure if she's the owner. One of my box marked( shipped FedEx)fragile all over the box arrived broken. The other one shipped box has not arrived its been 9 days.

Always very friendly and helpful the ladies there are a blessing and always brighten our day!! I prefer to go to box it up over any FedEx location! I ship several packages for a huge company out of Austin and I will go out of my way to go to box it up rather than FedEx shipping center.

Went to ship a return package because they are a fedex drop off location. I had the label printed but not taped. Be prepared for the 1$ charge to tape the label. When I mentioned I’ll tape it at home the sales pitch was it’ll cost more than a dollar in gas. I’m very local and it definitely won’t. I’ll utilize a big chain drop off before returning to this place.

I walked in today to send off a Fed Ex envelope and just needed a label. The older woman behind the desk was unfriendly, unprofessional and condescending. She acted like it was a big hassle when I gave her the receiver’s information to put in the system after she gave me the wrong label. I will not return to this store.
