Very friendly service. Kind staff. Helped us get breakfast items for our children despite arriving just as breakfast was ending. Patient with our young children. Connected to hotel. Food was good. Typical /affordable prices. Many television screens showing sports games and news. Wait was a little bit long, but hard to tell if it was due to food preparation or something else.

Update: 8/28 Boston's Corporate replied to this review, saying they were "escalating" the issue, and to email them so they could make it right. It has been 48 hours since I emailed, with NO response. 🤔

Our waitress (Alissa O) was terribly un-attentive. There were only two other tables dining when we arrived at 8pm on Sunday August 17th. Took 20 minutes for her to ask us for our beverage order. Ten more minutes elapsed before drinks were brought to the table. We ordered a pizza and salad with honey mustard dressing.

The pizza arrived in about 20 minutes. It was awful! The crust had no flavor, and we suspect it is frozen dough from Sysco. There was barely one slice of pepperoni on each piece. The uncooked dough in the middle of the pizza made everything but the very outside edge inedible. (See photos). We wanted to tell our waitress, but she was nowhere to be found. Finally saw her, told her we thought the pizza was raw in the middle, with no response from her, just a blank stare. So we asked about the salad (that should have been brought prior to the pizza). She apologized, and said she'd go get one right then.

Ten minutes later she brings a CESAR salad, and says "I made you a cesar, and you won't be charged for the salad." And walked away...disappearing once again.

My husband and I just stared at each other in disbelief.

Neither one of us really care for Cesar, but the pizza was already a flop, so we tried it. It was swimming in dressing. I guess Boston's doesn't know how a Cesar salad should be. The lettuce was very wilted, and brown in many spots. We took only one bite each, that was enough to know we won't ever be back. See my photos of RAW dough and disgusting salad. I cannot recommend Boston's service or food.

Another banger of a restaurant located in a nice hotel.
Servers are friendly and helpful, great and clean atmosphere, and I was told that many come all over to have the pizza and it did not disappoint.
Pizza was excellent with a great selection of drinks to go with the food. Definitely give this place a try when you come to Yuma.

So my Husband and I are stuck in Yuma at the Love's Truck stop on his 34.He is a truck driver so we decided to walk under the bridge to this sports bar for some good food. Stephanie took our order and although she was nice my Husband fully explained his food allergies to her and ordered the MVP burger just plain (Meat,cheese, and bread only). Only to have the burger come out with Mayo on the bottom bun that was wiped off. My husband started throwing up profusely and a nice worker from the hotel adjacent to the bar helped him. Kristina was very helpful and apologetic. He really could have went into Anaphylaxis shock. Thank God that he didn't. Overall the drinks were great and Kristina deserves to be a manager the way she handled the situation. We are from Texas and we would like to come back and expirence the food on better terms.but not sure if we will.

I wanted to like this place. But the Spaghetti Bolognese was just okay, pretty bland, the Tater Tots and Seasoned French Fries were soggy, and the Crispy Fried, Bone-In Wings were the best thing in my order. But its honestly hard to mess up wings.

They forgot the dressing unfortunately. And strangely, the pizza was cut in different size slices as if the slices bleonged to another pizza and they just threw them in the same box. Tasted like frozen food all of it. Very average to below average experience.

Thoroughly enjoyed multiple visits to the Yuma location. Everyone is unbelievably friendly and the staff is top notch. I recommend this restaurant to everyone that has the opportunity to try something new if you havent already & these guys(and gals)will make you feel like you're at home,only they will blow your mind!!!!! Angel makes the best pizza, Tyler the GM is out of this world friendly, Fabian is just the kindest person and cares about the guest being wowed & Alissa is just the best!!!! Thank you guys!!!!

Great vibe, service and food... has been consistent. I love to visit here when I roll through... pizza is definitely unique and filled with flavor that'll please your taste buds. Staff is friendly and engaging... a definite recommend

My husband & I came here for drinks on Saturday, we were served by Antonio who provided GREAT costumer service. He routinely would check on us to make sure we were doing okay, attempted to start small conversation which is something my husband and I really enjoyed. He also showed some bar entertainment while making our drinks. The co-worker environment seemed very relaxed and comfortable which I think is awesome, everyone worked together so smooth, you don't see this as much anymore. The drinks were a great deal! I definitely recommend everyone! We had a great time, thank you guys!
