I came to Bordermaildepot for the first time last Friday to pick up whisky bought online. I am very grateful to the staffs here for their service and help. It's more of a charity than what they charge, and it's run by a group of friendly angels. Since I came from Canada and returned less than 48 hours ago, my whisky was being asked for a crazy 150% duty at the border and I had to go back to Bordermaildepot and ask them to send it to a friend in the US. It's very convenient for me to reach them by mail and toll-free call in Montreal. 120% recommended!

Super well organized! I am a Kinek member and had my boxes delivered here.
You can even open your boxes and leave the empty ones in their recycling bins. They have an area just for that. Very convenient !

I can’t believe I just discovered this service. All the international shipping fees i could have saved over the years! Concept is simple, you get an account to have packages delivered to their facility and pay a fee to collect. For anyone living near the boarder that buys a lot from the US, definitely something to look into! Staff is very friendly and service expedient as well. Lots of free parking. You must pay customs on your packages when returning back across the Canadian board - 15%.

Second time here and first time using a locker to pick up my things after-hours. Fantastic service, and locker details were well-explained and easy to follow. Highly recommend if you need something shipped to the US, and easy to get to from Montreal.
