I would highly recommend this storage facility. It is climate controlled, the elevators only open to your designated floor, and there are hand carts on each floor of the facility (which makes moving things around so much easier). We have been using Bolsa Chica Storage for a few years now and the price never went up, which is so nice because the other bigger company storage facilities I went to would raise the rent every few months it felt like.
I would say the only downside is their hours, you can only go between the hours of 7 AM and 7 PM, but that might be a huge reason why this facility feels so safe.

This facility the best I’ve rented from. Affordable rates, very clean, pleasant staff and the climate control was the best especially in the summer months. The only bother I had was the limited hours. I would’ve liked being able to get into my unit until at least 9pm instead of 7pm. Other than I would highly recommend this place. 10/10

I’ve had the pleasure of using this storage facility for the last 6 years , and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and eager to help. The entire facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained.
The ease of access is also a big plus – I never have trouble getting in when I needed to. The prices are competitive, and the customer service is top-notch.
I feel confident my belongings are safe, and I’ll definitely continue using them for all my storage needs. Highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of secure, reliable, and affordable storage.

The storage units are very safe. The property is very clean and well maintain. The girls in the office are great to work with. I have never had to buy any. But they have a good supply of things to help you move.
