My family and I really liked this place. Kids test. My boy thought the carbonera here was better than the one served at the Cheesecake Factory! That's a statement. Staff is really nice. We also tried the wings. They make it right! Deep fried and sauce after. Great pizza as well! Wife tends to always critique every restaurant we go to with several suggestions for improvement but did not have any for this place.

First time stopping in after a cold visit at the springs. I was impressed with the food. Prices are fair, portions are large and staff is very friendly. Pizza was actually delicious. It’s hard to find pizza close to New York style and taste, and I was pleasantly surprised at how close this tasted and felt like New York pizza. Thin crust, good sauce and good cheese. Slices were larger than a New York style but good, and I actually prefer the bigger slices. Will definitely stop in again when in the area, maybe even go out of the way to come here

We seriously love this place!! Tasty food, fast excellent service, quaint family friendly atmosphere. Tight parking but otherwise such a wonderful place top will definitely be coming back

If I could give it 0 I would 1.5 hours from order to delivery. Had to call and asked if I was Desiree ? Food magically appears 12 min later ~ exact time from bsp to my house. Luke warm pizza, under cooked garlic knots and soggy calamari. Waste of $54. Just use a chain cheaper and hot. Sad because food may have been good but we will never know

Just came back from New York City l saw the sign pizza by the slice took a chance hit the jackpot if you live in Orange city this is the place to get a real slice of pizza thank you ladies served up hot ice cold Pepsi. I’m going to enjoy my trip back to Jacksonville. Wish we had a this there!!

Food is absolutely awful. We have tried them a couple times and will not be back. Steak and cheese sub is so sloppy that everything fell out on the first bite. The put 2 pieces of bread together and when I asked for a new roll out waiter was very snotty about it. The bag of chips that came with it was completely SATURATED is grease and what looked like mayo 🤮. I have ordered carry out and had no better experience so we thought dining in might lend a better experience being as it would be fresh and no time to get soggy. Nope same experience so we will not be back

I placed an order on Saturday with Blue Springs pizza. When I received my stromboli, it was raw in the middle. Because I'm a nurse, and I work crazy hours, I didn't eat it until Sunday when I brought my food to work. I phoned to speak to a manager today (Monday). Again, work hours served as a delay in contact. I spoke to the manager, who never identified who he was, I had to ask. He was "as a matter of fact" answering the call and informed me that there wasn't anything he could do, today, since the order was placed on Saturday. "You should've called Saturday" was his exact response. This was my second order and I will never order from them again. I will continue my normal business with Bronx Pizza. They never go wrong with their food, they are polite, courteous and respectful.
