Blue Moose Storage ? So glad to rent with these guys again. Clean facilities, good pricing and availability, nice staff, and gate hours until 10pm. Easy to maneuver with trailer in between rows of units also. Would definitely recommend!

I do not recommend using this storage unit and service at all. I am a veteran and now work in the emergency services. This year, while I was away for training, the owner and staff called my family member contact, and myself to ask me to move my stuff over to the other side of The RV sized space I rented. The owner stated that they were making room for someone else, and since my items weren’t large, they were going to locate them in the space I was usin. They further stated that I parked all of my items in the incorrect space, despite having the staff initially assure me that my items were in the correct space. I have no family in Alaska, and I was away for training. A coworker had to take time out of his day to come and move my items. When I returned, I saw no evidence that anyone had moved into the space. The space that my items were located in at all times, had been the Numerically correct space that I was issued and that I was making payments on. Additionally the staff and owner were rude and short when speaking with them.

This is a big military area, if you will be going somewhere to train, do not store anything here unless you rent a small unit that locks, otherwise they will just screw with you. Very unpleasant place to work with, and a rude owner.

Rented a storage unit here and came back the next day to put my stuff in it and for some reason they gave my unit away.
I had my Uhaul with all my stuff in it ready to unload, fortunately I came on a Saturday where their office was still open.
So, they gave me a different unit in a worse spot.
To top it off, the owner is rude, impolite, and disrespectful.
Alaska Mini Storage is way better.
Take your business elsewhere.
