Asking “How did we do?” is not how I want to find out I received a delivery. I don’t like being told I can expect a delivery between 2/4-2/10 and then on the 10th seeing my expected delivery is updated to 2/11-2/17 and then getting an email on the morning of the 19th asking “How did we do?”

The whole reason I signed up for auto-delivery is to avoid having my tank run below 10%. I don’t like not being able to trust a delivery company that updates an expected delivery from one 5 day range to a later 5 day range without any notification. I don’t like running my heat lower than a comfort level to converve gas because I don’t know if I’m going to get a delivery or not. I don’t like seeing a threat from the company about having to pay for a leak-check if the tank runs out when, again, I have signed up for automatic delivery to avoid letting the tanks get so low.

It feels like Amerigas is too big for customer service.

(Edited) It’s worse than we thought. The delivery was not made. The delivery WAS NOT MADE! I received a “How did we do?” email for a delivery that did not happen. Again, it was scheduled for the 2/3-2/10 then rescheduled 2/11-17. Today is the 19th and it hasn’t been refilled. The tank is now less than 5%. And the response from Blue Flame is “call us so we can schedule you” and “you can always update your tank level.” Then, again, WHY am I signed up for automatic delivery if I have to cut my heat to a lower than comfortable setting and call the company when I’m about to run out of gas.

We were almost out of propane when we manually checked our tanks on Saturday (the sensor probably didn't work because it was covered with snow). We ordered propane that day on a standard order as we had another source of heat in an emergency. Despite the standard order, AmeriGas/Blue Flame Gas came and filled the tanks on Monday. We were so grateful that AmeriGas/Blue Flame Gas is not just an automated delivery system; real employees reviewed the order and took action to make sure that we had propane immediately! Excellent service!

They keep putting off my deliveries (in Vermont). I almost ran out of gas and spent two days trying to reach a responsible person. You can’t call anyone directly. Customer service is abysmal and convoluted and not customer friendly at all. Overhaul your service or lose my business.

Would have been 5 stars if you got the propane there before the tank reach ZERO. The driver was amazed that we have tank monitoring and still let us get to ZERO.

Driver is great, called us to let us know when he would be there
 arrived when he said.

I got charged for 90 gallons of propane that was never delivered. I have a 500 gallon tank on automatic delivery that runs empty because they no call no show. Huge pain in the ass.

The tank was very low although the delivery was scheduled I had to call to be sure I would have a delivery. The first person I spoke to seemed to be out of the country and difficult to understand. The second call was with a local person and was very helpful. A delivery was made and the driver was very helpful. The estimate of the tank was somewhat off from the actual tank reading. However all was satisfactory and the tank is full. I do commend the driver for his efficiency and helpfulness.
