I didn't think there could be a worse BJ's and the one near my house. But this one certainly tops it. Staff no nothing. No carts. No boxes. No gasoline. What the heck is the point of coming to this store. You have to carry around warehouse size stuff with your bare hands.

The place has really gone down in quality. It still has discounts on groceries and clothes. Overall, BJ is losing their edge over their competition and should go back to the business model during pre-pandemic days.

Large variety of products and produce. Very good offers and sales. the distribution of goods is very well organized. Many of the products are high-end and high quality at a reasonable price. Parking is free and always available. They often have seasonal offers for Christmas Easter Halloween and summer. The checkout counters are often very busy, try to come here when it's less busy.

I been member of BJ's for a serval years now and this location is one of the best i been to. Was here for the first time today at this location this place very clean and staff very helpful they go out of there way to make shure you are able to find what you need and looking for. They will help you take big bulky items to your car and load it you can order ahead and your order will be brought out to your car. I saw the staff making shure they don't run out things and they were restocking when needed they were doing there best to help there customers thank you a lot keep up good work.

Bj’s is one of the best wholesale clubs available in the country with a great quality of both foods items and non-food items although a little pricy as expected but competitive and their credit card is one of the toughest to get.
I have to lose my membership only to rejoin later because some of Bj’s products are had to find outside of Bj’s at the right quality.

Like a really watered down Costco with no hot dogs. Membership is about $50 or $55 unless on promotion for first time people.

Plusses:
1. No other big box store is nearby
2. Has lunch snack items for kids lunches for, sometimes, lower than Costco in price
3. Price of chicken (whole) is routinely lower than almost every other place. Chicken thighs and legs are higher than Walmart, but there is no Walmart nearby.
4. Baking mixes etc. (e.g., cornbread mix, brownie mix, shortening) are lower than other places and they have some brand name items but the flour is way more expensive and in smaller bags.
5. Ample parking (free)
6. Propane is cheaper than elsewhere, however, you need to be there before 7:30pm and sometimes they have run out.
7. Lowest price for empanada pastry (Goya brand) but good luck finding it. I had to order it online as I couldn't find it in store.
8. Produce is higher than Aldi, Lidl, and sometimes other places.
9. Sells Puerto Rican pan sabao
10. Good selection of chocolate and candy, a bit cheaper in the larger sizes than other stores, but no house brand ones.
11. Clothing is a reasonable price.

Price for a 3lbs (pre-cooked weight) chicken is $4.99, so that is OK.

Customer service has always been helpful.

Minuses:
1. I really hate the coupon clipping either on paper or digital. Paper ones are at the entrance. Just give me the price like Costco and call it a day. This really detracts from my shopping here. I don't have time for that as a working individual.

2. The BOGO Free (buy one get one free) items online are deceiving. I bought rainbow bagels and the listing online said BOGO. After I picked up my order, I realized I was missing the second bag of bagels. I went back and the customer service clerk said, "No, you get the bagels for free if you pay for 2lbs (908g) or cream cheese. This was NOT CLEAR at all on the online shopping experience. To show me, she clicked three times through different menus. Again, NOT CLEAR. The cream cheese was more than double the price of Aldi's regular price anyway, so all told, not a good deal, and NO FREE BAGELs.

3. Some items online are not in store (e.g., couldn't find the washer fluid or oil (can't remember which) that it said was in store and employees couldn't either).

4. Less selection than Costco but more than Walmart for food items.

Given the negatives, the only reason I go is because of the location and when I need propane. They are understaffed in the tire shop so it may take a while to get service but the employees are apologetic and helpful.

I totally don't trust them with the reoccurring membership charge to your credit card if they can't do the basic stuff right so don't accept that if you get a membership.

Given the negatives of the coupon nonsense (also why I seldom shop at Harris Teeter and Safeway) and the deceptive BOGO deals online, it isn't all that great.

Did an online order for pick up. Gentleman running the online orders was very friendly, as well as the store manager Will. My item was damaged, but they had no more on the shelves. Will personally went to the back to get a fresh package. Thank you!
