We hired Mark browning to re-locate our home. He said attention to detail was important to him. The only thing that turned out well was that he MOVED our home without damage. Everything AFTER that was A HUGE headache dealing with him & the 2 guys he sent to do the work!!!! He sent us "pics" of the front patio & rear door steps... examples for us to chose what we wanted ( saying he knows how to build steps that will pass inspection---we would have loved getting what he showed us! Nothing like the terrible, ugly front deck & back door steps he built for us!!!! When we told him of our GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT..he REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING to make US the CUSTOMER happy!!!!!! All he would say is, " Forgive ME! I'm SORRY! FORGIVE ME! & turn & walk away! Under much DISTRESS & out of COMPLETE EXHAUSTION I gave him the FINAL PAYMENT because my husband & I couldn't handle dealing with Mark the owner who we contracted with the beginning of March 2024. He WANTED the last payment to be divided into 2 seperate checks! He gave me some crazy excuse that his bank wouldn't accept checks over $10k. He didn't connect our a/c correctly & went off on a nasty rant over the phone...long story short Mark NEVER came back to fix it correctly even though we paid him $1000 to do the job! My husband had to spend $$ to have our a/c done right! This experience has been SO STRESSFUL!!!!!! I have text messages & pics....mark would blame US the customer for his ineptitude!!! It's sad because according to his website he is licenced, insured etc... WE WRITE this TO WARN others considering moving their manufactured homes to THINK HARD before signing a contract!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He promised us to do a great job...it was our fault for trusting him & the 2 guys who work for him!!!!! We also had to clean up a MESS every time after they would leave...cigarettes thrown carelessly in the new rock we had brought in as well as LONG NAILS, screws, plastic, paper ...trash... plus they threw stuff away in OUR PERSONAL trash container! PLEASE THINK carefully before you hire someone to move your home!!!!! Don't go by the "lovely website" they have created!!!!! Learn from our frustrating experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A1+ SERVICE! BIG MARK, MIKE, JAKE AND A.J. WENT FAR BEYOND WHAT I COULD HAVE EVER EXPECTED! HARD WORKING, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY WELL RESPECTED. I WOULD RECOMMEND BIG DAWGS MOBILE TRANSPORT! VERY REASONABLY PRICED, AS WELL. THE CREW NEVER SETTLED FOR LESS THAN THE BEST! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BIG DAWGS! 5 STAR SERVE AT ITS BEST!
