Big Box offered the best value in terms of pricing and flexibility when we were moving. The office staff was very helpful with changes we made during our rental period all the way through to delivery. Dan went above and beyond to help us! My partner and I have used Big Box several times over the past 15 years. The prices are extremely reasonable. The thing that pushes this company over the top is the stellar customer service!! We have been lucky enough to get Dan as our driver most of the time. Dan always asks us how the service has been. This guy has offered to help us load and unload a heavy desk on more than one occasion.

Had a great experience. Getting the boxes was easy and Dan who delivered our boxes was extremely helpful he made sure our boxes were easily accessible and walked us through how to make sure everything was secure. The only thing I had a small issue with was the lady who took my call when I was trying to find out when my boxes were going to pick up was a little bit rude . She made me feel stupid on the questions I was asking, but besides that I’ve had a great experience with this company. My stuff is still currently stored with them

Very easy and hassle free. When I originally called, the person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and explained everything. The delivery was made as scheduled. I decided to keep it longer than I planned, and again no problems. When I was finished , I simply called and they scheduled an appointment. I received a call before the driver arrived. I didn't have to be home. They only requested an empty container and access to the property. I won't hesitate to use them again if needed.

Big box is a great alternative to the more expensive nationwide brands. I used one of their storage boxes kept on my property and had zero issues. Easy drop off and pick up by skilled drivers who maneuvered into my back yard with care. All my dealings with them were easy and positive. I’d highly recommend them.

Desmond delivered and went above and beyond to help and smiled the whole time. I felt truly grateful to be communicated with so clearly. I can’t recommend big box enough and the help they employ know exactly what you wanna do it and how to get it done ! Desmond was super multi talented and everything went smoothly and ahead of schedule !
