I cannot speak enough of the quality of this restaurant.

The staff is always friendly and accommodating, the manager is super attentive and friendly.

They have the best reward program around, and that only adds to the foods affordability. The rewards keep me coming back consistently!

Their prices are fair and reasonable and they are one of the few places I feel is worthwhile eating regularly.

The quality of the food is amazing and it’s so nice to get a good priced meal with great ingredients! Everything is so tasty here. It’s so hard to decide what to get each time! I love that they have free miso soup inside, that’s such a treat!

This is a custom Asian bowl restaurant. It was very crowded and the service was very slow. There were not enough tables to accommodate the people at lunch time. So people had to share tables with people to stay indoors. You have a very limited amount of toppings that you're able to put on a bowl. The ingredients are fresh. But I found it very expensive. I got a very small bowl of lettuce with a piece of salmon and a very tiny bit of broccoli, (three pieces)and a sprinkling of grated cheese and pickled onions and a soft drink for $20. My friend got a small bowl with beans, broccoli, and shredded carrots with a beverage for $20 as well. We both said we would rather go to a restaurant and get a piece of salmon and sit down at our own table with a nice atmosphere for that amount of money and have a wait staff bring our food. Just being honest as that is how we felt. The washroom did not have toilet paper which was an issue.

We had a work meeting and they ordered from here and I can't thank them enough for ordering such delicious food. The food was spectacular it was like a burst of delishness in my mouth. In fact I kept hearing from our staff how we were all planning on going to get more of your wonderful bowls. Thank you for the fantastic experience it was truly amazing.

Kale, white rice, Spicy chicken, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, pineapple, pickled red onion, carrots, avocado, Yum!!! And 100% gluten free! snickerdoodle cookies are delish!

Got the Korean beef and spicy chicken bowl. Really tasty! Lots of topping options. Place is clean. Employees are friendly. Definitely as competitive as Chipotle. Will definitely eat here again. Oh get the app for free food and drinks too.

This was our first time going here. The food was really good, although the options for toppings were very limited. The service was good, but there were no straws or utensils easily accessible. If I could recommend anything, it would be the honey citrus kale and the crispy chicken, Chef Healthy Kiss.

My wife loves Asian inspired food! While stopping next door for tacos, my wife wanted to order something for later from BiBiBop. I love all the vegetable options and meat choices that they offer. All the ingredients are so fresh and healthy. I ordered a create your own bowl with purple rice as the base. The servers give you very nice portions of meat and veggies which I love. The sauces were great and added a nice touch to the bowls. I didn't care for the purple rice because it didn't have much flavor. I would return if I'm in Oakbrook and looking for a healthier option.

My girlfriend and I had a problem with the app that wasn't able to redeem a free bowl. I called the store and spoke to the managers and they were able to help us with the app. I really appreciated their help and understanding which to me goes a long way. Being new customers it really stood out to us so we will be definitely be returning soon. The foods really good!👍🏽
