They were contracted to deliver our table base, it was delayed for several weeks. Then when they were to deliver it they called 40 minutes before told me I need to meet the driver somewhere he will off load the crate to a truck I needed to provide. I was extremely confused on why they weren't delivering to our house, the driver said the road is too small he drives a BIG TRUCK and it's his call where he drives it. Then he said they don't drive into driveways. I said that's fine just deliver the crate to the driveway, the road is a private paved road, large delivery vehicles, gravel truck, cement trucks ect make it with no issue. Delivery driver spoke to me like I'm an idiot and then never delivered our crate! I had it re delivered with a different driver to have the crate look like the prior driver has anger issues and can't control himself! Boot kicks and the front part torn off.... horrible customer service and hires people with serious anger issues and has them deliver items to people's houses...

OTR driver, 10 stars! Showed up at 7 a.m. was greeted by a very pleasant black man at receiving. Iv been out on the road 4 months and was more than ready to go home after this drop. Thought this could take a few hours like most places, I was in and out AMAZING. Would love to deliver here again, thank you Best Overnite & Team!

For the truckers the yard in large enough to back a sleeper comfortably book an appointment!

Excellent service!! The staff member of Best Overnite Express was extremely helpful and careful as he safely transported the Assault Runner Treadmill to our place. The package box was very large and it wasn't easy to maneuver but he did a great, on-time, beyond and above job!! Thanks a lot!
