One of the worst experience with Broker Cory Stonelake, firstly lied on delivery apt he told us 12 noon and it was 5 pm, before booking told him we have next pickup and get assurance for delivery. After all this lies when driver waited until 9 pm at receiver never answered a single call and replied email not even paid detention to a team.

As long you are away from the receiver they keep asking and checking. As the driver checks into the receiver, then it will be a lucky moment if they answer the call. They know the driver has checked in at the receiver, there job is done. They don't care about the driver. They held my driver for 6 hours and after that my next load got cancelled and that broker put a report on my MC. Now they are not answering my calls or emails. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BROKER. This company is very unprofessional. I wish to have the power to report this broker but I can not as a carrier.

One of the worst companies to work with. They would have brokers answer the calls and not speak or ask you for your load# then hang up on you extremely unprofessional. They lied to us on our pickup time and had my driver wait for 6.5 hrs to get loaded and they ended up refusing to pay my driver his detention even though they were informed with everything that was going on on his load. I don't recommend customers to work with them nor carriers you will find much better companies to work with than this one.

I have done a ton of great loads from Trevor Kowalski and some of the other cool and professional staff in the office. Everyone has been very helpful and will continue doing business with them whenever I can.

We've worked with Best Dedicated for several years and have always been treated fairly. Rates are fair and no harassing phone calls as long as u update via email. We work with Corey and his team and they are good to us. Good company to work with.

Save yourself a headache, and do not book loads from them! They had me waiting twenty days for detention time because they couldn't get a response from their customer even though my driver arrived before his appointment and delivered on time and without any issues. In the end, I had to give up. I bet they didn't even try reaching out. What's worse is that they were also either rude or unresponsive half the time via email. Don't even bother calling them either because they won't pick up, and their voicemails are full, too, which doesn't come as a surprise.

I would not recommend this company. My first load with them I get to shipper which is a hour from home and the pick up # is not correct. Make several attempts to contact and no answer, finally get thro and he hangs up and 3 calls later after hang ups and transfers to get hung up on. I tell him if I cant get a load # I cant p/u and he says I will cancel. Never have I had such a problem and to be totally disrespected and hung up on after I drove to the shipper and back home using my Diesel on a load I didnt make any money on...BEWARE

Impossible to get in touch with any one true the phone. Sent all paper work for detention with GPS Tracking and Proof of delivery documents with times on it. Account representative
Fernando Morales replied (The detention was pending, but the customer did not approve the detention. Not sure for what reason this was denied)
