Once you arrive to office, there is a ring to call for their service and within minutes, they send you to the warehouse to provide you with the requested product. It was faster than I thought and place is easy to find.
Great customer service and nice facilities.
Parking is available and usually no waiting time or only couple minutes.

Don’t recommend picking up here. Ordered a sound bar and waited 25 minutes for them to come out with my product. I was the only one here at 9AM and still took forever.

When checking in, expect a short delay. But don't be concerned. It's relaxing. Water, chair. Inside, the temperature is comfortable. The people here were wonderful. They could tell I was having difficulty with my equipment and assisted me at every step of the way. Even when one of them was taking a lunch break. They do not accept tips. Wonderful people!

Expect a little bit of a wait when checking in. But don't worry. It's comfortable. Chair, water. Good temperature inside.

The people here were great. They could tell I was struggling with my equipment and they helped every step of the way. Even while one of them was on their lunch break.

They do not take tips.

Pick-up is simple. The warehouse's location was simple to locate and access. There is plenty of parking. When you arrive at the gate, follow the instructions and buzz to be permitted through. The associates were quite pleasant and helpful.
