Booked a load with Carlos Scott. The worst experience with broker’s company. After checking in the customer for delivery, Carlos Scott didn’t answer phone calls or emails. I was asking for detention time because I was at customer 20 hours and 30 minutes, but Carlos Scott never answered. He is a liar and has no ethics or respect for truck drivers. I managed to contact him through a Best Bay Logistics telephone extension, and he promised me that he would send me the detention time at the end of the day. Then he didn't answer anymore. That company should do without people like Carlos Scott. I lost a day of work and he didn't answer me anymore.

Booked a load of machinery with Stanley Cooper and Sheldon Clark & sent a new food grade trailer. When we got to delivery and opened the doors driver saw that a bunch of oil leaked from the machine inside of the trailer. Had to clean and sanitize it and spent over $800 but still couldn't get the oil off, that new trailer is no longer food grade and cannot haul food in it anymore. THE BROKERS don't want to compensate for anything, they are not responding to emails and calls and are completely avoiding you and on top of that joking around. Avoid them if you value your equipment.

I am so frustrated to post this review. We booked a load with Best Bay, broker Phil C who said he is logistics coordinator.

So so so unprofessional broker, as the company is. We booked a load with them, told the ETA and they said yes, get there ASAP and you will be loaded, he keep telling lies and lies, we got there without being loaded and stayed empty this day because of the professional broker Phil

It was our last load booked with Best Bay, most unprofessional
