Pretty fast overall. Within 2 hrs of arriving I was loaded . Shipping entrance is off to the side by door #12 . Fill out a form , you'll need a 6 digit number ( pics posted of all their requirements which are taped to office glass . Don't mind the busted bumper courtesy of a C.R. England driver who was on her own all of 5 days ..

Pull past the building and park away from the loading docks to check in as there's not enough space for trucks to get in and out if you do

Very fast unloading and limited overnight parking friendly staff very professional appt time was at 1pm I checked in at 7am and done at 8:15am great job.

It seems that everything is normal with loading! But there is one big question! This kind of entrance to the door is unacceptable, you can leave the tire here! I hope you will take this into account and somehow close the hole

This review process needs negative stars. Ben, here, 10 hours still have not been called to a door. No where to go to the bathroom or even to get a snack and never let a borker have you come to here when you have to be worked in

12/2/19 Checked in at 10:30 a.m. for delivery, got a door at 11pm, got my signed bills at 04:30
They have been going in and out of my trailer from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m. so far.. in and out in and out... WTF are they doing!! I only have 20 totes in the trailer!!!!!
06/29/2018: The shipping clerks were pretty nice, but I was here 9hrs total to load 24,000lbs, 21 pallets.
