I had an extremely disappointing experience with Berger’s service. The shift manager was not only disrespectful to both me and my wife, but the entire crew left trash around the property and refused to assemble basic furniture, despite it being part of the job. They made a complete mess inside and showed zero regard for our home. From the very beginning, the manager refused to take responsibility for any issues and offered no solutions, clearly wanting to do the bare minimum and leave as soon as possible. Even if there was a misunderstanding about the service provided, there is absolutely no excuse for the unprofessional behavior and poor attitude we encountered. I will never use this company again and do not recommend them to anyone looking for quality service.

These guys were awesome! Incredibly professional and white glove delivery! We had 20 pieces delivered and all were great and set up exactly as I asked. I’d highly recommend these guys for any delivery or moving needs.

The team was outstanding!! They are so knowledgeable about the products and their assembly and such a joy to have in our home!! They did a terrific job. They kept us informed as to their arrival (which was spot on)!and took the rubbish with them making the process so easy and fantastic (for me - they worked super hard!!!).

This was the second time I have used Berger Allied for a major move. I came back to them after the first move went so well. They did not disappoint! From Michael Cruz doing the estimate and Julie Zavala coordinating all aspects of the move, it went flawlessly again. Everyone who handled the various parts of the move were excellent and careful. I don’t often move, but when I do, I use Berger!

I hired Berger to help me move and let me tell you they were amazing! As a single mother with 3 kids the move was extremely stressful but the guys at Berger made my move as seamless as possible. They were prompt, extremely friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help me with this move. Customer service was top notch! Highly recommend!
