Loved visiting this place again! I visited many many years ago (like, over 20 💀) and the nostalgia was still there. We paid for the tour which fun even though the factory was not producing ice cream during our visit. I wish they had a kid oriented tour (under age 13) and a bit more 14+ tour with some more technical information. The tour felt a bit juvenile for two adults, but we still enjoyed it. It was a bit rushed, so a longer time on the tour also would have been great - we would have paid additional for a longer tour. The flavor graveyard was a fun visit - some “new” retired flavors could be introduced too as it seems it’s been a few years since a new stone has been added. Hit all the nostalgia vibes, but might be a few years before we feel the need to visit again. I can imagine this place is packed in the summer, but it was comfortably attended on a 20° day!

A great place to visit!

As an ice cream lover, finding out that Ben & Jerry's did tours of their factory was something that became a must-do. You sign up for a 30 minute tour where you watch a short movie, sample cookie dough, watch the factory floor from above with the guide explaining the whole process, and then sample one of the flavors of the ice cream (you are not able to select the flavor) with an actually surprisingly large portion for just being a sample. It was definitely worth the money.

They also have a shop for ice cream with lots of options! It can be super hard to decide cause of all of the great options. Personally, I got a brownie sundae with marshmallow sky ice cream (and it was delicious). There is also a gift shop there, with some cute options available. I love the cute little spoon shovels for ice cream!

Lastly, they also have the flavor graveyard opposite of the parking lot. In the winter, it can be slippery to trek up there, so be sure to wear boots. I saw so many flavors that I didn't know they ever offered, and wish they still did (marzipan, my dream!).

Overall, super glad I went here! Next visit to Vermont, this would definitely be something I'd want to do again.

30 minutes visit to the factory was fascinating! I wasn’t expecting to like that much, but it sure surprised me in a very good way. Now I’m an even bigger fan of their ice cream, I totally worth the trip. If you want to do it, just go for it!

Took the tour with my boyfriend and it was only $6 (adult ticket price) per person for a 30 min tour. Our tour guide was a very nice and knowledgeable person and showed us around the factory. We first watched a short film on the founding of Ben and Jerry’s, then we went upstairs and watched the production of ice cream and sampled cookie dough balls, and then lastly we sampled a new ice cream flavor, which was super good! There was a cute gift shop that you could go to at the beginning and end of the tour and they of course sold ice cream too. At the very end, we got to check out the Flavor Graveyard which is located near the parking lot. This really was such a cool tour for such a low price and I highly suggest checking it out if you’re in the area.

Loved our trip to Ben & Jerry's! They have an elevator and all was handicapped accessible for our son which made life easier. The tour was short and sweet - literally. It was about 30 minutues, and was great to stand where Ben & Jerry founded some of the flavors we have come to love so much.

Super cool place! The tour is 30 minutes and you get to see the machines function. There’s also a short video on the beginning. Samples are included in the tour. Yum! They do sell ice-cream, normal pricing. There are lot of opportunities to get pictures. There are tables indoors and outdoors, as well as a PLAYGROUND for kids. Anticipate 1.5-2 hours with kids and an hour without kids. They do ask about allergies and how they can accommodate your allergies!!

This was my favorite activity during my partner and I’s trip to the Stowe/Waterbury area. The tour was fun and not TOO long. Our tour guide was funny and the samples were delicious. We went the weekend before Thanksgiving but I can imagine it’s such much prettier in the early fall and spring!

One of the best stops on our trip through Vermont. The tour is $6/person for a 30 minute tour. You start off going into a little theater to watch a short video about the company. We were then given samples of cookie dough while given a tour of the actual factory area. From here we went to the flavor lab where they create all kinds of flavors. Here we were given a sample of a random flavor (everyone gets the same flavor, and the samples are generous). They do offer different options for those who may have allergies to what they pull out. Afterwards, we wandered through the gift shop and then grabbed a cone before we headed to the flavor graveyard. It was a fun experience and if we’re ever nearby again, we’ll definitely stop in!
