I'm thrilled by the service I received from North American Van Lines, the Beltman Group. The friendly, professional, respectful demeanor and sense of humor of the guys who packed up my house, stored everything, and then delivered it did so without incident or damage. I witnessed professional service where all my furniture was carefully wrapped and packaged. They certainly knew what they were doing. The crew who did all the work were cheerful and made the packing and delivery, even to the second floor, seem more manageable and less stressful.
I've moved whole households several times. The crew who performed this move, which involved two semi-truck deliveries, was the most careful and efficient I've ever worked with.

We recently used Beltmann Moving and Storage for our cross country move. From our initial meeting with Mark we knew we were in good hands. Mark, Angie, Mattie took care of every detail. They were flexible when our move date was delayed and our things had to stay in storage longer than planned. The crews on both ends of our move were professional, friendly and knew their business. We are a retired military family and this was our 17th move. I can honestly say this was one of the best moves we have had. Highly recommend!

Everyone at Beltmann or connected to Beltmann was fantastic! They were in touch with me either by text or phone. My questions were either answered right away or I was give a time frame where I would have the answer to my question.

This is the 3rd time I have used the Beltman group and every experience has been nothing short of exceptional door to door. The ease of scheduling & contracting the moves, the quick & responsive communication from Peter, his team, the packers, the truck drives and 3rd party vehicle vendors all quality top notch and always on time as committed. Neighbors used this company, the drivers blocked our driveway 2 days in a row when there was plenty of room on the other side of the house, and moved our trash from the street to the side yard when it had not been picked up. Had we not caught it in time, our trash wouldn't have been picked up. They are extremely disrespectful to any surrounding neighbors. I would never use them after this encounter.
