After my experience with the previous company, I was kinda hesitant to contact BCS. However, from the very start my experience with BCS have been nothing but exceptional. In my initial call with Windell, he explained the process to me and what to expect. I provided him to necessary information on the items I was interested in shipping and within a short time, he provided me a quote and helpful suggestions. When I returned to Cali, Norman and Paul assisted me with properly preparing my items (wrapping, etc) which were in storage; I tried arriving earlier to take care of it but wasn’t able to. Thankfully tho, both Paul & Norman were helpful and patient. And Gail provides you with other information regarding your shipment, such as deliver eta's.
I recently just returned from visiting, and with the exception of one, all my items from both shipments arrived intact both new and used items.

Note: Windell and I discussed this already and with everything I have going on, it was My choice to just reorder. Windell did offer to locate this, but I Made the choice to reorder.

Only 1 instance I didn’t get my package on delivery date but the owner reach out after I made my concern. I got my package when he said it would be delivered.
