Working with Jim from Beemac Logistics I was very surprised by his calmness and professionalism. He was very friendly and every time updated us with the status at the delivery. That's not the first time when Beemac tried to cover our costs and our time due the situation happening with the customer or with the loading and unloading. I have hauled a few loads with Beemac Logistics and I have had a great experience each time. Most recently spoke with Brad Buterbaugh w/ Beemac and he has exceptional customer service. Customer Service at Beemac is very professional and they dont rush you off the phone like most brokers. If they ever give me a lane, I would leave all the loadboards.

I gave them 2 stars because we booked load but we asked were their any lumpers or fees? Because either we will not book load or if we pay lumper fee upfront it’s 100.00 charge . Carrier’s aren’t responsible for unloading charges we are no touch freight. These brokers try to really get over on us with these fees. That’s why our fee is 100 to pay up front. The broker lied and said it wasn’t any lumpers fees that they pay everything. Then I sent paperwork in with detention they tried to say I couldn’t get that because paperwork was already submitted. How when it was all in at the same time with the detention request? He made it right by sending a 2nd load# with detention but they charged me a lumper fee so all these reviews that say their liars . That’s a fact

I’ve had the great privilege of hauling for Jim U from Beemac a few times now. Started out with one load for him and he’s kept me busy ever since. He usually has me reloads once I drop if not he goes to work to find me something that works for me. He always takes in consideration of fuel prices and mileage which is amazing. I had one load that was heavier than expected and Jim U had the rate adjusted within a hour to compensate for the rate. That says a lot now a days especially considering it was a Saturday and he didn’t have to do anything but he did and that means a lot these days. Jim U always does the best he can to compensate me knowing I am a owner operator and it is a tough market these days out there. Me and my family can not thank you enough for the opportunity to work for you and hope to help you out on anything that you might need. Thank you again Jim
