This app sounds user friendly & offers options that could be useful for drivers & management. The reality is, Beans doesn't meet the expectations. Its unreliable & inconsistent the app glitches frequently, sometimes it doesn't work at all, it doesn't always show when you have multiple stops for one address, there's a vast difference in the layout between IOS & Android, occasionally all information disappears from the map when zooming in. It has been a nightmare from day one. I'm saddened by the fact that we have to use this for 1 year. If you own a delivery company and you want to make your employees miserable, switch to Beans.
