This review is two years overdue so maybe they are better now. My experience was horrible and I’m still having repercussions from what they did. I called about a quote for mini splits and there was nothing wrong with the wall air conditioner. The tech that came out thought I wanted the wall unit repaired. He said it just needed the filter cleaned and then proceeded to tell me those are
removable (it’s built into the wall) and he started shimmying it back and forth to see if it comes out. It didn’t because it’s built into the wall. He then tried to charge me $79 for telling me the filter needed cleaned. I refused to pay because I told him that my request was for a quote for mini splits and not repair. A few weeks after they left I noticed soft spots on the wall where he caused the unit to leak into the wall. We tried to push down on the back of the unit outside and that seemed to help temporarily. We then realized we could now only use the unit on fan or it would continue to leak into the wall. We tried to patch the wall but now it is soft again and I am experiencing sneezing and other mold allergy symptoms. We are now at the point that we have to tear out the whole wall and have mold remediated and spend thousands of dollars. I called them right away when this happened and told them what he did but he denied it. I wish I would have never called this company it’s something I regret every day. This was two years ago when we first moved into the place. I plan to also report to the BBB although no doubt they are probably not accredited. The worst part of the whole thing is that they denied it and refused to make it right before it got out of hand.

Just had my new washer and dryer from Beacon delivered and installed. They carted away the old appliances no extra charge for either.
The sale, delivery and installation was excellent.
I highly recommend you check this business out.
As an extra NC service they cleaned out the lint vent which was in need of cleaning.

Beacon Services & Appliances not only sells appliances but does AC as well! They will be my go to repair store. I didnt know until the delivery/installers told me!

First let me say this small store front delivers BIG! Purchased a new Whirlpool Dishwasher. Ran it last night after the first prewash without soap as instructed.
I've read so many reviews from so many big box stores and everyone complains that their new dishwasher wouldnt clean good and did'nt dry! This one does! Model # WDT750SAKZ3.
From first meeting Maria as i walked through the door was warm and friendly and answered all my questions and if she didnt know, got answers from the swrvice guys! Delivery and installation was with Andrew and Steven. They called ahead and was running ahead of scheduled delivery time so came an hour early. It was a difficult install by most, Lowes wouldn't do it, but these guys got right to work. It was removing the old dishwasher, a 13 yr old Samsung that quit draining, in an Lshape corner. I said to go ahead and use existing water line and drain line as there haven't been any leaks ever. If I didnt use the existing lines it meant they couldnt do it as they cannot cut any cabinetry and the new lines would have required that. These guys were professional, polite and determined to get it done for me! I am so happy with the entire purchase process and delivery and install process. I would highly recommend BEACON Services and Appliance in Beverly Hills, FL. They were recommended on the Nextdoor App from another customer when I asked for recommendations.

This was my first time using Beacon Services. I needed my dryer vent cleaned out and they sent out David S.

He was awesome! He wiped his feet at the door before he entered my home, he was extremely friendly and laid back. He was also an animal lover, which I appreciated!

He explained what was going on and what he was going to do to fix my issue and he made recommendations on things I need to change.

The company called me the night before to remind me of the appointment, and I also received a call when David was on the way out to my home.

Beacon Services and Appliance Repair is a top-notch company. With advanced notice, two techs came to our home to repair our dryer. Steven and Andrew were very professional and friendly. They were also very clean and dressed appropriately. There was no fear of letting them into our home. They found the dryer problem immediately and installed a new dryer switch.
