Check-in process was a breeze.
If you're delivering chocolate, check in behind door number 19 & 20
Instructions inside on how to call the receiver.

Also limited on-site overnight parking.

One of the best facility. Takes around 1 hour to load. MAKE SURE TRAILER IS FULLY DRY AND PROPERLY CLEANED.
They won't start loading you if it's not fully dry or clean.
Don't come too early than Appointment time.
Overall Very nice people and location
Overnight parking is available and spot for 6-7 trucks.

I was directed to a door upon arrival and then waited 3 hours to be loaded. Was told my load was staged but then someone unknowingly put everything back in it's place so they had to reassemble my load. Very frustrating.

Nice ppl, easy to back in, free chocolate when available. I've stood on premises several times, if you run out of hours, just park out of the way....

Great place to pickup nice people my appointment 2pm I checked in 8am gave door right way load and paperwork in one hour they have overnight parking but depend how many trucks already there can park 7 parking available only restroom potable

I was scheduled for a 1600 slot for 4-4-23. I made it to the shipper on 4-3-23 at 20:30. They let you park overnight on site, and I was in a dock door by 0600 on 4-4-23. They loaded me early and quick. I was back rolling by 0700….They give out free bags of semi sweet chocolate chips for cookie lovers too. Best shipper so far. Thanks

What’s going on is that my trailer was completely dry for some reason after six hours that I’m in the door they tell me I had to remove myself from the door to let somebody else in after six hours. I’ve been waiting now. I have to wait another 5 to 6 hours. This is very unprofessional and unbelievable. I would expecting more out of this place if you’re getting loaded, be prepared to use your full clock

Got there at 0900 for an 1100 appt time. Given the ole “blood in the trailer” routine. Mind you I had fresh onions in the trailer before this load. Get the washout, come back, and it was still 2 hr wait for the trailer to “dry” before they loaded me. Left at 1445. Employees seem as though they don’t want to do their job, don’t waste your time with this place.
