I recently visited Barracos and had a truly disappointing experience that I feel compelled to share. I ordered an Italian beef with jardinieres, cream of chicken soup, and coleslaw, and unfortunately, every item fell short of acceptable standards.

The Italian beef came with stale jardinieres, which completely ruined the dish. The cream of chicken soup was served cold and lumpy, making it inedible. To top it all off, the coleslaw had visible mold, which is absolutely unacceptable.

When I brought these issues to the attention of the staff, the response was shocking. The woman at the register simply stared at me, and when I inquired about her lack of response, she said, “I am sorry you did not like our coleslaw.” I was taken aback and asked if they would consider a refund for the inedible food. Her reply? “All sales are final.” When I asked for the manager, she informed me that she was, in fact, the manager.

I left feeling utterly disrespected and disgusted. It’s incredibly disappointing to see such poor food quality and even worse customer service. I cannot recommend Barracos based on this experience, and I hope they take steps to improve both their food and their approach to customer concerns.

We booked a private room for a party of 36 people. When I originally booked the room, I was shown a large room with round tables. The room looked inviting, charming, welcoming. When we arrived for our party on our booked date, we were told our party was in another smaller area, which had an outside entry for anyone to walk through our private party. We witnessed someone walk through the middle of our private party for their takeout. The door was eventually locked after we asked a few times. We had to ask repeatedly for take out containers for our leftovers. I am disappointed in the how we were promised one thing a received something else.

I would have given zero stars if there was an option. I ordered pickup, returned home to experience the worst takeout I’ve ever had in my life! McDonald’s drive through would have given me more satisfaction. The “ Turkey lasagna” was EXTREMELY dry. The meat sauce had no sauce. I’m not sure if there was any ricotta cheese in the dish, if there was, it was so overcooked that it was undetectable. I could have cooked a pack of butterball ground turkey on the stovetop and come up with a better lasagna. The calamari was also… overcooked. The only item that was not overcooked was the “garlic bread” which was not cooked (toasted) at all. GO SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE, YOU WILL WASTE IT AT THIS LOCATION!!! TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY, AND TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!!

Unimpressed. Was looking forward to delicious food based on the reviews, but that didn't happen. Grilled chicken salad had cold, rubbery chicken lacking flavor. I expected a freshly grilled chicken breast for a $16 salad. My companion said the Italian sausage sandwich was good. Not sure why they added balsamic vinegar to the olive oil and parmesan on a plate to accompany a bread appetizer. The restaurant's decor was very nice and our waitress was efficient and friendly.

Page was my waiter! 😍Omg, I love her energy. Even when she dealt with unruly customers, she kept her cool. Very organized, clean and overall nice.. I’m only coming when she’s here. I know I should give everyone a chance… but I’m big on energy.

I hate that I can't think of my waitress name. But she was a wonderful waitress she had only been working there a week.
She gave us recommendations and the mostaccioli was delicious they also give you large helpings of food. I am very picky when it comes to my Italian beef sandwiches. There are a very few places I will go to purchase one. We spent about $50 for two people had drinks and food.

If you're going to the lunch buffet, definitely do not go after 1:30. Many items were not being refilled. The food they did have was decent. Fresh salad was good. Pizza and apps just weren't being kept warm enough. The staff was inviting and the service was good.

Pizza was excellent. Bought a family size sausage and green pepper. 2 orders of tomatoes bread and a order of Italian fries for takeout was $70 total but we'll worth it pizza was cooked perfect. Everything was great
