Would not buy a golf cart here if they were the only place in the area selling them. And yes I know because of this review I will be having to pay another place to fix anything wrong with the golf cart I recently bought because I can't trust them to fix it. The first golf cart I bought was fine. I wanted a drivable cover. They don't know the cost of the cover they have to ask someone else. They finally got the cover in after several weeks wait but we left town for 2 months. I called them, they didn't call me. We rented a trailer to take the golf cart to them to install the cover and they apologized because it was missing pieces. They had that cover for 2 months waiting for us to come back into town. They did pick up and deliver the golf cart to install the cover at no charge. After the cover was installed a snap came off in the first week. We ignored that. A few weeks later screws from the install starting falling out of the top rails. We reinstalled them. Then the radio started coming on and going off and we couldn't lower the volume. I was told Jacob would call. It was the 4th of July weekend and no call back. I called the next week and was told Jacob would call. No call. 1 month later I called and was told to bring it in. We did. We waited 2 weeks with no updates except when I called. They were waiting for a new screen. Finally the screen came in. When we went to pick it up we decided to trade in this cart for a newer lifted cart. I wanted the same color with light colored seats not black. Jacob said he would make sure it had light colored seats. We put down a down payment. When we took home the original golf cart it still had the same issue so that wasn't fixed. I asked Jacob (he asked me to contact him and not the store) to text me how much was due on the new cart so that I could get a cashiers check I never heard back about it. We received a call a couple of weeks later that the new golf cart was ready but had been scratched, did I want it to go to the body shop? Yes of course, I'm buying a brand new golf cart I want it to look like one. We were going out of town and said we would pick it up when we got back When we went to pick it up it had black seats. Jacob, who promised me light color seats, wasn't there. They needed to call him It wasn't charged and it wasn't clean. I said forget it. We don't have time to wait for new seats or to charge it. He knew we were coming on Tuesday we'll take it. I took it home. Because I didn't have a cashiers check we wrote a check and now we have to wait to get the title until the check clears. BUT they called me and wanted me to deliver the title for the old cart to them right away so that they could sell it. The steering wheel is crooked and I can't see through the windshield because that's where it bends. When we towed it back for the steering wheel issue it was fixed but shrugged off as a minor inconvenience. We are the ones towing it back and forth. Jacob offered to change the seats to a lighter colored ones but it would take a while. When asked why it wasn't charged before we picked it up he said because it was in the body shop, no big deal.
They open at 8am we weren't there until about 10am, two hours it could be on the charger and cleaned up. I purchased from them because they have a shop, I thought it would be easier to get work done. But it's not when they need to have the cart for 2 weeks each time and charge $300.00 each way to fix anything. I had asked Jacob previously who the other buyers were getting insurance from. He assured me he would find out and let me know. Never heard from him. The ONLY time I hear from Jacob is when I get tired of waiting to hear from him and I call. Each and every time he promises he was just about to call me. Now I have a brand new golf cart and no one to do warranty work on it . These These cost almost as much as a car.

My wife and I purchased a 2016 gas golf cart from Bob in March 20’. This machine is awesome. We ride all over Orange Beach on that thing. Everyone that’s come to stay with us, enjoys getting out around town on that toy.
We were able to get rid of our Honda scooters, because they now just sat. We had an issue with what I thought was some type of short. Bobs tech was able to look at it, diagnose (what turned out to be a jostled lose battery cable), resolved the issue no charge.
After hurricane Sally recently, I took the cart back to Bob after our garage got 3.5 feet of water in the garage. A couple of hundred dollars later, Bob called, and told me to come pick her up. She rolling again. Great service after the sale!

My husband and I purchased a gas golf cart from Mr. Bob Feb 23 and we love it! We take it all over the neighborhood and our grand kids love it to! I wanted an electric but my husband wanted a gas cart. I didn’t want the noise that comes with gas but to my surprise the fuel injection gas carts are really not loud at all. Mr. Bob was very informational and what I call a straight shooter (honest man). It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Bob the owner is very nice he did a lot to help us with our Purchase Cricket gulf cart. Good deal I showed him I could have got it cheaper on the internet and he told me to do that. But I love supporting local businesses so he came down a little on the price so we bought from him. Very happy

I visited most of the golf cart sales businesses in the area, Florida and Alabama. By far Baldwin golf cart was the best. Bought a great cart a very fair price. Great experience, check his selection first and you will return.

Worse experience ever. The owner Bob Savage is the most unprofessional, rudest, and dishonest person I've ever had to deal with. I bought a $6500 golf cart 12 months ago. He told me if the batteries go bad within 24 months, he will give me new batteries at his cost. Well the batteries go out in 12 months, so I call him and ask him about bringing in my golf cart and replacing my batteries at the price he told me when I bought it. His reply was NO, due to the fact that I didn't buy one of his over priced utility trailers last month. He was mad I found it $400 cheaper AND MUCH BETTER QUALITY and I bought it elsewhere. I can't believe this guy is still in business. I have never been treated so disrespectful and lied too. Maybe he should stop buying his trailers from Bye Rite trailers and marking them up 20%. It's my own fault, I was warned about this guy from numerous people in the area. Anyone in the market for a golf cart, DON"T go see Bob Savage at Baldwin Carts. Him and his customer service is a JOKE!
