Super happy with my experience here. Definitely the best climate controlled self storage units in the Ozark area. Its always kept clean, plenty of lighting during the night time and super conveniently located.

Not a fan. Owner told me over a year ago that he would install lights inside the units. He has taken no action. Every time there is an issue, the third-party management company has to call the owner. I never get a call back so I have to call about 3-4 times to talk to a decision maker. I just put in my 30 day notice and recommend you not do business with Bald Eagle Storage.

After selling my house and not knowing where i was going to move or what to do with all of my stuff, I decided i had to get a storage unit. It was easy to get in touch with the staff and super easy to set the rental up. Everything was online which makes life so much easier these days. I moved unexpectedly and just emailed to let them know i was out and that was it. I couldn't recommend this storage facility enough! I had a climate controlled unit and the property is safe, secure, and clean.
