Very unprofessional . Called with some simple questions on pricing the man who answered the call got very irritable over asking a ball park price on moving a hot tub. By the end of the call he had a raised voice and just hung up the phone. I understand people have bad days but I have never heard a business talk this way . I would give zero stars if it was an option.

We needed to replace our 20 year old Jacuzzi spa this summer so we purchased one of the two-person Nordic brand spas from Balanced Spas and we absolutely love it. Matt was so incredibly patient and helpful in answering all our questions and we found some of his policies to be a bit more advantageous to the customer compared to Pure Water spas (such as not charging to remove your old spa). He's always been more than willing to answers questions since the spa was delivered and I truly feel that he goes "above and beyond" to assist his customers. We couldn't be more pleased that we ended up buying our spa from Balanced Spa Center.

We purchased a spa from Balanced Spa a week ago and love it. Matt was very helpful in helping us pick out the right spa for our use. Joe and crew did a great job in taking out our sunken tub in our deck and installing the new spa in it's place. He was also very helpful in explaining how to operate and chemically treat the water. AND it is made in the USA!!!!

Best Spa center in on the north coast! Great customer service, always have items in stock and if they don't they will order for it for you. They have great spa repair service and if you order spa they will take care of you for life! Great installs and delivery of new spas, they are the ONLY spa center I trust!
