First time here, and ordered three tacos: carne asada, pastor, and shrimp. All three had great flavor. The shrimp was the best; followed by the asada and pastor. Accompanying the tacos were three sauces. I don’t care for super spicy 🌶️ sauces; so I avoided the red, and tried the green and secret (creamy) sauces. The secret sauce had a nice kick. To drink I had a Coca-Cola. Before leaving I grabbed a Fresca to go. Only downsides were the tortillas used - yellow corn instead of white corn, no refried beans & rice, and dining outside which becomes rough in the Summer. 🥵 Very good experience as service was the bomb… the woman suggested the shrimp taco. Had a good sense of humor as well. Can’t go wrong eating here.

WARNING ⚠️ ~ two weeks I’ve come here hoping to try the Birria, and they were out. If you’re coming here for Birria, call ahead to see if they have it. It’s very popular. One would think that enough product would be made to meet demand; yes? I’m disappointed as they had promised to have it, and they didn’t.

Went to this place yesterday and when my family and I got home to eat the hotdog bread had mold on it at first I thought it was just charred but I looked deeper at my daughters bread and there was black and green spots IN the bread this was our first time here and I didn’t know the shrimp tacos are so spicy I returned both they gave me a refund which is cool but they didn’t seem concerned at all. I thought I’d be fine since I didn’t even eat the hotdog but my daughter and I have been throwing up the following day with a stomach bug. It won’t let me upload the video of the moldy bread but here’s a photo. I honestly won’t be back bc of this. And mind you I spent almost $80 on all the food I’d expect it to be a great experience.

been here multiple times and it's always very fresh and amazing, carne asada shrimp quesadilla is soooo good, the birria was very good as well, tonight service was so good and everything tasted even better than usual 😭🙏

Don't be deterred by a food truck. These shrimp tacos are on point. The carne asada is a little chewy. I would highly recommend the pastor burrito without cheese.

You have to check out Baja Tacos.. Carne asada tacos are so delicious and flavorful. The corn tortilla does not disappoint.. They catered to our workplace and man... It hit the spot.. Customer service was outstanding 5 stars !!!! Audrey was very helpful to answer any of our questions about the menu..I highly recommend this business. Clean and professional service..... Looking forward to trying them out again.

The tacos here are amazing. The staff was equally amazing. In fact, the staff seemed genuinely happy to have me there and treated me like a king. They were so helpful and nice. The tacos were prepared perfectly. And they were done quickly. It's a taco truck with outside seating with shade which was nice. I highly recommend and will go back here often for sure. Thanks!

I have been here a number of times. Their food is always delicious. Tonight I got the speciality asada, Al pastor and shrimp. Crunchy, great flavor, a great amount of onions and cilantro too. The shrimp specialty was my favorite. A must try spot!

A few months ago we were looking for some more authentic style street tacos, and based on reviews we decided to give Baja a try— and they hit every mark of what we were wanting! The meat is fantastic and flavorful, the food is fresh & authentic, reasonably priced, and pretty dang decent portions!

The carne tacos are tasty, but the shrimp tacos are 1,000% where it’s at! The shrimp is so insanely good, and the tortilla has a perfect crunch to it. We’ve ate here about 6 times over the last 2 months, because we can’t help but crave them! They’re SOOOO good. Their sauces are great too; the red has a good kick, green has good flavor, and the chipotle is a must to put on every meat they offer— it’s that good. I will say the pastor is a bit sweet for our liking, but still not terrible, and if you’re a pastor fan, I’m sure you’ll like it!

P.S the carne tacos don’t come with cabbage on them. You have to order that if you like it, like we do!
