I hate this company I am trying to get a new range and I was told it would be here between 12:30 and 3:00 so I leave work early and make it home to Waite for them . 3:00 rolls around and I give them a call they tell me there are issues with the truck and they will be there by 5:00 at the latest when I tell them I wish they would have called me so I did not leave work early I was hung up on. Well it’s 5:25 now and I still do not have my new range. It’s the weekend I am now still out of a range so I won’t be getting it until Monday and will I end up missing more work. AVOID THIS COMPNY AT ALL COSTS

Absolute nightmare to deal with for appliance install. Office staff is unhelpful, difficult to schedule with, and they have rude installers. I have installed over 200 units from them, unfortunately when you buy GE direct you have to use them.

DO NOT EVER ALLOW THIS COMPANY TO MOVE YOUR PRODUCTS.

Embarrassing logistics from a company with such name in it. Has taken multiple months to have a pallet picked up from aa easy location to reach. Verified location after first through fourth failures, and has still not gotten any answers besides excuses and explanations that do nothing but allow them more time to not pick the product up. Held off multiple weeks from making a review to see when they would come and still has not been grabbed.

Extremely rude, shady company. Filed a claim for floor damage (deep gouges in multiple parts of the floor), took months to get any response from them, and was never resolved. I'm out hundreds of dollars from their negligence, let alone all the time they've wasted. Refuse to work with this company.

Bailey's Logistics delivered and installed my fridge, washer, and dryer. They took precautions to avoid damaging my home by putting down floor protection and removing my hand rail (which they stated they don't typically do). They were professional and treated me with respect in my home. I had an issue where the dryer had a small dent on it, they gave me the correct phone number for who to contact and told me they could take it back and reorder it for me. I decided to keep it because the small damage didn't bother me. Overall, I am extremely impressed with the speed and attention to detail the team provided and their knowledge of what to do in the event of an exception was greatly appreciated! They didn't leave me hanging!

This is the worst customer service experience I possibly have ever had. GE uses this company for delivery. I had a delivery scheduled and was completely ghosted. They did not notify me in any way. My delivery was rescheduled for one week later. They, unbelievably, did the same thing. No call or anything. My delivery was rescheduled for 2 days later. I received a call this morning that said they would not be able to deliver my appliance in the window they had scheduled but would get it delivered today. I just checked their automated system, and it says it is scheduled to deliver tomorrow. I am unavailable tomorrow. This company is a train wreck. I don't know how larger companies outsource with them. I would not want my brand associated with them in any way.
