I am so happy I found this agency when traveling to Chicago. We had a layover at O’Hare and needed to stow our oversized luggage for a few hours. We had a really good experience with Charles. He arrived promptly to pick up our luggage at the terminal. Then when we got back he delivered our luggage to our new terminal within 15 minutes of contacting him. Very friendly, professional service. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Charles is a true professional. Came to pick up my luggage from the car rental, gave me recommendations on what spots to check out while on my layover, dropped me off and picked me up from the train station and gave me a ride to the airport. I think I caught him on a good day because I know this wasn't included in the service but it speaks to how professional and how much customer service is a priority for this company. Definitely will use again and absolutely recommend for others.

I'd just like to take the time to express what a outstanding experience I had with Baggage help. The service was not only stellar but necessary. They made our travel experience a very comfortable one , from the curbside pickup and drop of service to the expert handling of our vehicle. Offering parking for our vehicle and providing transportation to and from O'Hare Airport. They have made a loathsome experience to our cities busiest Airport a convenient and simple process. All of my future travels will begin and end with BAGGAGE HELP. Yours should too!

We stored three pieces of luggage here, from Chicago ORD to New York, and retrieved them a week later.

The key point isn't just the luggage storage, but also their provision of luggage pick-up and drop-off service to the airport hotel (Hilton ORD). They promptly delivered the luggage upon our return.

Throughout the process, they provided real-time updates on location and progress via WhatsApp, which made us feel very reassured and convenient.

The luggage pick-up and drop-off service incurred an additional $10 USD fee (our location was not far from the storage point). However, since it was at 10 PM, there was an additional fee for nighttime service. But this price is not only cheaper than taking a taxi but also more convenient and time-saving. Such service is crucial for us while traveling.

I highly recommend and will use this service again. Also, I appreciate the staff's patience and kindness in handling the luggage, as well as the coordinator's centralized communication and coordination, which kept us informed of the progress at all times. It's truly excellent service.

Highly recommend Hold Your Luggage for a hassle-free experience!

The process for storing the luggage was easy and the staff was friendly. My stuff were kept secure in lockers so I could worry-free tour the city. Conveniently situated at a property that has a restricted entry policy and only allows admission by appointment.

Though I advise getting in touch with them directly, it can be booked through Bounce.
